Обратилась с жалобами в России на почту irina@v-b.ru (компания Форенком-108, контакты получены через сайт http://www.villeroy-boch.ru/) и в Германию на почту information@villeroy-boch.com.
Ниже копирую тексты писем на русском и английском языках. Думаю, чем больше людей обратиться с предостережениями, тем лучше.

Прошу обратить внимание на мошенническую схему продажи посуды Villeroy&Boch в Москве.
В начале декабря я приобрела посуду фирмы Villeroy&Boch на сайте https://shopvilleroyboch.spb.ru. Сайт позиционирует себя как аутлет магазин посуды коллекций прошедших лет, представляет большой ассортимент, которого уже нет в продаже на официальных сайтах. На сайте указано, что компания существует с 2014 года, указаны официальные реквизиты и отзывы довольных клиентов.
После осуществления оплаты компания высылает трек номер посылки, отправленной курьерской службой А-Logistica. Обе компании отвечают на телефон первую неделю, уверяя, что посылка находится в пути из Германии и проходит таможенное оформление. Позже на телефонные звонки перестают отвечать, на сайте курьера пропадает информация о посылке.
На сайте https://www.stop-list.ru/spisok/internet-magazin-villeroy-boch-outlet-village отзывы оставили более 20 человек, пострадавших аналогичным путём.
Оба сайта до сих пор работают и рекламируют посуду на Пасхальные праздники. Обычно мошеннические схемы подобного рода существую 2-3 недели, а потом пропадают, собрав большую сумму денег.
Прошу оказать поддержку в блокировании сайта shopvilleroyboch.spb.ru и уберечь ещё не обманутых людей от потери денег.
Боюсь, что существование мошеннического сайта портит репутацию бренда Villeroy&Boch и доверие постоянных клиентов.
Я написала также письмо в головной офис в Германию, но думаю, что помощь или совет соотечественников будет эффективнее.
Заранее спасибо за любую обратную связь или совет о том, в какие службы можно обратиться с подобной жалобой.

With the following letter I want to notify the headquarters of Villeroy&Boch that there is a fraud company in Russia that sells your tableware, collects money and never delivers the goods.
In the beginning of December I bought the tableware for the sum of 1200 euros on the website https://shopvilleroyboch.spb.ru. The company positions itself as an outlet reseller of the collections of previous years that one can not find on official website. It claims to be successfully operating since 2014, gives the widest variety of goods and positive reviews from content customers.
After the money transfer the company sends the trekking number of a logistic company and answers the phone for 1-2 weeks saying the goods are being shipped from Germany and are delayed at the customs. Afterwards the phone is not picked up anymore and the information about the delivery disappears.
The following website gives the feedback from more than 20 customers that became the victims of the fraud https://www.stop-list.ru/spisok/internet-magazin-villeroy-boch-outlet-village. We believe that there are up to 100 people weekly who get caught in the scheme.
The reason why I am writing to you is that the company continues to operate and is now selling tableware for Easter giving discounts and trying to attract new customers. Usually the fraud companies in Russia operate for a period of 2-3 weeks and then shut down and disappear with accumulated money.
I am afraid that the existence of such website under the brand name of Villeroy&Boch damages the corporate image and destroys the attitude of many loyal customers in Russia.
I would be grateful if you could in any way help to close down the website and save many more people from losing their money. Or provide any advice on who to address in Russia on such matter.
